Kimberly grew up in Southeastern CT where she lived within a 10-mile radius her entire life until meeting her husband in 2017.
After his retirement from the U.S Navy, they spent 2 years living in the desert of Hobbs, NM before relocating to Cuyahoga Falls, OH where they currently reside with their 2 fur babies, Tito and Alonzo.
Kimberly has a 14-year-old son, Riley, who is both her inspiration and motivation for most things in life.
She is an avid knitter and in 2020 set a personal record in completing 30 scarves in 30 days to include in Christmas Care Packages for an outreach collaboration Closet of Caring took part in with The Love Truck.
A chronic illness sufferer, she is incredibly open and forthcoming in speaking about any of her 20+ different diagnoses believing that in order to break the stigma behind invisible illnesses, you first have to embrace life with them.
Her role models include RBG, the Golden Girls, and Bernie Sanders with his mittens on Inauguration Day.
